Image Use Policies
I hereby authorize Panduit México S. en NC de CV to use my image in promotional campaigns and other support material which Pandit considers relevant for de dstribution and promotion of the GSIC event, ans well as to distribute said material within the country or abroad by any media, be it printed, electronic or otherwise. Likewise, I hereby declare that this autorization is voluntary and at no monetary compensation, and, as per the Federal Copyright Act, Panduit has my authorization to use, reproduce, transmir and retransmit my image in any and all GSIC promotional campaigns, as well as my image use in projections, video fuootage, graphics, texts, slides and any and all complementary material for said promotional campaigns, under the agreement that it shall be used for the aforementioned purposes. I hereby authorise the use of my image during a reasonable period of time. However, said authorization may be limited via writing addressed to Panduit México S en NC de CV.

Cancellation Policies
All cancellations to event registration shall be done by the registered person or by the person responsible of managing said registration via writing by e-mail addressed to contacto@panduitgsic.com
The return amounts are as follows:
- Cancellations made before January 31st, 2024: A 100% of the registration fees shall be returned, except for any incurred management costs.
- Cancellations made before March 18, 2024: A 50% of the registration fees shall be returned, except for any incurred management costs.
- Cancellations made after March 19, 2024 shall not be elegible for returns.
For international registrations, the return of paid fees shall be subject to deductions arising from applicable bank fees from international transfers.
All returns shall take place within the first twenty-one (21) working days from the cancellation being received by the same means used to receive payment.
In case of cancellations due to Force Majeure Events such as: armed conflicts, local government regulation, epidemics, quarantines, natural disasters, strikes, local civil unrest and any and all similar causes which lie outside of the reasonable control from both parties, and which cause the stay of the registered person within the facilities to be unpredictable, illegal or impossible, the amount paid shall be credited to the next GSIC event.
